India Andrews Hartman, affectionately known as India Marie, is an ordained Prophet, entrepreneur, business strategist and consultant, author, mentor, speaker, nonprofit founder, venue owner, and community advocate. With a heart for people and a passion for purpose, India is committed to helping others heal, discover who they are, identify their purpose, and move forward in the life God has called them to live.
Her heart for service spans generations. India advocates for youth, young adults, women, entrepreneurs, business owners, nonprofit founders, and individuals seeking personal, spiritual, and professional growth. She also has a special heart for women and families who have experienced child loss and infertility—a journey she understands personally and has transformed into a mission of healing, hope, and support. Through ministry, mentorship, entrepreneurship, business strategy, and community outreach, India creates spaces where people can heal, grow, build, and become.

My story is a testimony of grace, growth, and God's faithfulness. Through every season, I have learned that purpose isn't just a destination, it's a journey. Each chapter has shaped me, stretched me and prepared me to help others heal, grow, build and walk in their purpose.
As an ordained Prophet, India's faith is at the foundation of everything she does. Her ministry extends beyond the pulpit through teaching, mentorship, empowerment, prayer, and creating opportunities for people to encounter God and grow in their purpose. India leads Crowned Within Mentorship, a mentorship community created to help women grow spiritually, personally, and purposefully. Her heart for mentorship extends across generations, from youth and young adults to adult women navigating different seasons of life. Through mentorship, India encourages women to discover their identity beyond their circumstances, heal from what has attempted to define them, and confidently become who God has called them to be.Â
MINISTRY
BUSINESS
India's passion for purpose extends into entrepreneurship. Through Hartman Consulting, she assists entrepreneurs, business owners, and nonprofit founders with strategy, development, business formation, nonprofit development, and building sustainable organizations. She is also the owner of The Venue at Eden, an intimate event venue in Mobile, Alabama, created to provide a beautiful space for celebrations, gatherings, ministry events, workshops, and community experiences. Whether she is helping someone bring a business or nonprofit vision to life, creating an experience through her venue, mentoring a woman through a new season, or standing before an audience to speak, India's goal remains the same: to help people move from vision to action and from purpose to impact.
COMMUNITY
India is the founder of two nonprofit organizations. Love Speaks Inc. was founded with a mission centered on youth development, education, empowerment, confidence, and creating meaningful opportunities for young people within the community. Through programs, events, and initiatives, Love Speaks continues to invest in the next generation. India also founded Mothers of Angels Inc., an organization born from her heart for women and families navigating child loss and infertility. Through support, empowerment, remembrance, fellowship, and healing-centered initiatives, Mothers of Angels creates a community where individuals can find encouragement and know they do not have to navigate their journey alone. Her commitment to service has also included numerous community initiatives centered around youth, women, families, empowerment, and meeting practical needs within the community.
SPEAKER & AUTHOR
India is a published author whose writing reflects her passion for faith, healing, encouragement, and purpose. She is the author of Crown Young, a devotional created to encourage and empower readers in their faith and personal journey, and From the Heart of God, a resource created to bring encouragement, hope, and support to those navigating child loss and infertility. As a speaker, India brings together faith, lived experience, practical wisdom, and transparency. Whether speaking in ministry, business, women's empowerment, youth development, healing, or purpose-centered spaces, she desires for people to leave not simply inspired, but equipped to take their next step.
fAMILY
Beyond the ministry, business, and many hats she wears, India’s most cherished roles are being a wife and mother. She is lovingly married to Pastor Jeremy Hartman, and together they are raising a beautiful blended family of four children. Her family is a living testimony of God’s faithfulness, love, and grace. While she is passionate about impacting lives beyond her home, India believes that some of her greatest assignments begin with the people God has entrusted to her heart.
